Photoshop Filters (Day 8 of 12 Days of Ps)

I love how the filters come out on this image, along with the Hue Layer Style I used over it.
It captures the difference of the two brothers in the picture, and the sadness in it.

Well... This is much unhappier that I usually do things, huh?
